Going on 5 days trying to get internet installed… they’ve no idea what they are doing, horrible customer service. This is the customer service I'd hoped for, and I really appreciate it!
So it's been just about a week since I switched to and it's been nothing but a horrible experience. If you're thinking about making the switch to them DONT! That they can't fix the mistake they made. Only to be told there's nothing they can do for me.
Then I sat on the phone for over an hour yesterday with I'm still trying get my previous number back that they messed up. Is that where we are? When did kindness become so rare? I just had a customer service agent from thank me for being kind to her.
